Here’s how we clean sites after construction and renovation:
Industrial (including 110V) steamers, vacuums, floor machines and others are used. All cleaning methods employ at least one of these machines, for the following :
Steamers
They remove paints marks in difficult to reach places without causing any damage. They also remove remaining glue material from any stickers or tape that might still be present.
Floor Machines
Water / suction vacuums can be used for all types of interior flooring. They spray water with a brush system and simultaneously suck it up. This removes any heavy paint, cement, dirt & dust that might be present. Sizes of these machines can depend on the area with ranges from a portable 110V electric model to a diesel powered engine vehicle. Exterior pavements can also be covered with the larger models.
Others
Power washers can be used both for interior and exterior. With the right model and right environment you can use a power washer indoors. For the outdoors, of course with different cleaning approaches to the areas, but in short, pavements, walkways, walls & windows are cleaned using the right model for the area. Soft Washing would also fall under the outdoor category.
